In my free time I enjoy the great outdoors, animals and spending time with family and friends. I utilize an existential /Gestalt humanistic approach that is person centered, trauma informed, and strengths based. I offer a creative approach to therapy to meet you where you are. I work with individuals (adults/teens 12+) and groups. I am familiar with a variety of mental health concerns and DSM IV diagnosis. I specialize in trauma, and I am confident working with addictions, interpersonal violence, sexual assault, grief and loss.
